Karen researched the issues dealing with my dad's uniquely complicated estate, including the real estate deed work, and offered several options to us to see which best fit our current and future needs. She fully understood my desire to not have to appear in probate court as it was 150 miles away from my home and instead, arranged a conference call with the court to avoid the unnecessary travel and expenses. Of particular help to us was the clearing of a judgment lien in my dad's name on the proceeds of the real estate. She also provided my mom several options to retitle the house deed and the implications of each of those options as it related to the potential for future medicaid assistance in a nursing home. Karen's team was always timely with their responses to our questions and very professional in written and verbal communications.
